If this system is used as the main heating system, it is recommended to use a 30 mm thick rigid polystyrene coated with a layer of 0.3 mm thick aluminum foil with a protective polymer layer. Use 5-10 mm thick foam material for additional thermal protection of the heating system. We recommend using foil-coated thermal protection with a polymer layer that increases durability. Thermal protection should be used in cases where the floor is near the ground or at the entrance. For cellars, garages and other areas where the floor is directly touching the ground, it is recommended to use 30 or more mm thick rigid foam or mineral wool slabs.
