Heating mat is made by a 3 mm heating cable of top quality and the finished installation takes up only 5 mm, when the mat is covered with tile adhesive or filler - before the new flooring is laid upon the heating mat. Heating mats are ideal for renovation tasks that require low building height and is the easiest way to lay underfloor heating in rectangular spaces.
The heating mat gives the same effect over the entire mat. There is a choice of three performance classes depending on whether you want a total heating space or just comfort heating, insulation degree, and space structure in general.
Product sizes range from approximately 1 m² to 11.5 m². The ambient temperature in the installation of heating mat must not be below 5˚C. The cable is a 2-core shielded IPX7 heating cable with inner conductors of teflon. The screen is of tinned copper. The max. temperature of the cable is 90 ˚C.
There is given extended warranty for a total of 25 years, when properly installed.
